Baker, dreamer, and full-time dog mom to one very important pup: Jimmy Dean—affectionately known as Jelly Bean. When he was just a wiggly little nugget, some neighborhood kids misheard his name and started calling him Jelly Bean. The name stuck like icing on a warm cinnamon roll, and it felt only right to name my bakery after the sweetest little sidekick I know.

Baking has always been my love language. I pour care, creativity, and a bit of whimsy into every order—treats that are meant to bring joy, spark nostalgia, and taste like a warm hug. From delicate details to bold flavors, I believe every dessert should feel a little magical and made just for you.

Jelly Beans Bakery is a sugar-dusted celebration of joy, comfort, and the beautiful messiness of life. Named after my beloved pup, this little bakery is rooted in love, the kind you share around kitchen tables, at birthday parties, and in those “just thinking of you” moments.

I operate as a Washington State Cottage Baker based here in Seabeck, bringing fresh baked cookies, cupcakes, and custom treats to the Kitsap County community. You can find my bakes in-store at Floriography in Seabeck, Washington, where locals stop by for a sweet treat while visiting the garden boutique.

My whole life, family and celebration have been at the center of everything I do. Nothing brings me more joy than baking for a cousin’s birthday, dropping off surprise cookies for a friend who needs a pick-me-up, or creating themed treats for game days. Baking has always been my love language. I didn’t always nail it when I started (some cookies were abstract at best), but even then they tasted good and made people smile, and that was enough to keep me going.

Over the years, my skills have grown, but the core value has never changed. I want to create something sweet that brings a little light to someone’s day. As a long-time sports fan, I get just as excited making Super Bowl cupcakes as I do crafting cookie boxes for local school events. Whether it is a hometown team or a Kitsap favorite, you can bet there is a themed treat in the works.

I have a wide range of passions, and I am convinced there is a cookie or cupcake to match every single one of them. Probably with sprinkles.

At Jelly Beans Bakery, you will find nostalgic flavors, playful twists, and the kind of bakes that feel like edible hugs. Everything is made from scratch with real ingredients, lots of butter, and plenty of love. From custom orders to everyday goodies, I am proud to serve Seabeck, Port Orchard, Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and the surrounding West Sound area.
