Custom Orders

Lead time

I require at least 2 weeks notice for custom cookies, cupcakes and cakes.

Rush orders may be possible at an additional fee, depending on my schedule and baking capacity.

Design and flavor approval

You tell me your event date, guest count, flavors, colors, theme, and whether you prefer pickup or delivery.

I will communicate clearly and send design ideas or sketches for approval before anything is confirmed.

Once designs, colors, flavors and pickup or delivery details are approved, I will:

Create an invoice

Send it by email or text, depending on your preference

Paying your invoice

You can pay through the secure link on your invoice, or bring cash or card to the store.

Your 50 percent deposit is due when you approve the order and receive your invoice.

Final payment is due on or before pickup or delivery. Orders will not be released without full payment.

Changes to custom orders

Small changes may be possible up to 7 days before your pickup or delivery date.

Major changes to design, theme, flavors or quantity may change the price and are not guaranteed, especially during busy seasons.
