Custom Orders Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Custom orders are made fresh and tailored specifically to your event. The details below outline how the process works, what is required and what to expect.

LEAD TIME

I require at least 2 weeks notice for all custom orders. This allows time to plan designs, purchase ingredients and fit your order into the baking schedule.
Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee depending on availability.

DESIGN AND FLAVOR APPROVAL

When you reach out, please include:

  • Event date

  • Guest count

  • Preferred flavors

  • Colors, theme or inspiration photos

  • Pickup or delivery preference

I will send design ideas or sketches for approval before anything is finalized.


Once approved, an invoice will be sent by email or text.

Your spot is not reserved until the deposit is paid.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

A 50 percent non refundable deposit is required when you approve the order.


Ingredients will not be purchased and work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay.
Checks are not accepted.

Final payment is due on or before pickup or delivery.


Orders are not released without full payment.

CHANGES TO CUSTOM ORDERS

Small changes may be possible up to 7 days before pickup or delivery.


Major changes to design, theme, flavors or quantity may affect pricing and are not guaranteed during busy seasons.
