Payment, Deposits and Refunds

DEPOSIT

A 50 percent non refundable deposit is required once your order is confirmed and accepted by both of us.

Ingredients will not be purchased and work will not begin until the deposit is received.

• Apple Pay

Checks are not accepted.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders

If you cancel more than 7 days before pickup or delivery, any amount paid beyond the 50 percent deposit can be refunded.

If you cancel 7 days or less before pickup or delivery, no refund is available. Your deposit and any additional payments will be used to cover time and materials already set aside for your order.

Pre orders

Pre orders are considered final after the posted final order date.

Payments made for pre orders are non refundable after that date.
