Pickup and Delivery
PICKUP
Pickup is available at Floriography in Seabeck during posted shop hours or during a confirmed time window.
You will receive a pickup date and time when your order is confirmed.
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within the agreed window are not be eligible for refund.
Once your order has been picked up, responsibility for safe transport and storage belongs to you.
DELIVERY
Limited local delivery may be available for an additional fee, based on distance and schedule.
Delivery details, fees and the delivery time window will be confirmed before you pay your deposit.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If you request that items be left at a door or with a third party, you accept responsibility for the order once it is dropped off.
